Michael has spent the last 24+ years helping his clients return from injury and aiding them with multiple rehabilitation therapies. Michael works at unbinding the body and returning it to optimal homeostasis and physiological health. He combines Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release techniques with preventative exercise and movement therapies. A session with Michael is as educational about your body as it is restorative.
Kelsey Woida, Integrative Swedish Therapist

Kelsey is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Philadelphia School of Massage and Bodywork. She has trained in integrative Swedish massage, and enjoys collaborating with clients to explore and implement techniques that best support their well being. As a former social worker and doula, Kelsey is passionate about bodily autonomy and liberation for everyone, and hopes to support people in feeling more at home in their bodies.
Morgan Thompson, Senior Therapist

Morgan is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Klose Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. Enthusiastic about building a therapeutic alliance with her clients through communication and thoughtful listening, Morgan combines deep and gentle bodywork as needed to treat the whole person and reinvigorate the body and spirit.
Jackie Steskal
Acupuncturist
Jackie is a Pennsylvania state licensed acupuncturist practicing in the Philadelphia area. As a graduate of the Won Institute of Graduate Studies with a Masters in Acupuncture, Jackie is well versed in the various modalities of Chinese Medicine. She utilizes various modes of treatment such as trigger point needling, electrical stimulation, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha. In addition to holding a Masters in Acupuncture, Jackie also holds a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology which she earned from Chestnut Hill College in 2015, specializing in treating trauma. Jackie has ample psychotherapeutic clinical experience in working with trauma and often integrates both her extensive background in psychology with her current work within the realm of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her clinical experience in both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element styles of Acupuncture ensures that Jackie approaches each patient’s individual needs with a curated treatment plan that is aligned with a holistic perspective that is customized to fit the patient’s individual needs and concerns.

Strength and movement coach
Elaine DiFeliciantonio has been a strength and movement coach for over 5 years in Philadelphia. Her practice blends restorative and strength building components while centering the individual's lived experience. Her training experience includes nervous system and breath work regulation, basic developmental patterns and restoring healthy movement, and kettlebell specific strength and power.
Luciana Teixeira, Lc. Acupuncturist, Dipl. OM
Luciana is a dedicated acupuncturist and Diplomate of Oriental medicine nationally certified by NCCAOM. Originally from Brazil, she is licensed in Pennsylvania and Israel, where she graduated from the Tmurot College of Oriental medicine and lived for 13 years. Her passion for understanding the human mind and body and its relation to nature took her into years of studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and its different treatment methods and techniques from acupuncture to Oriental bodywork, cupping, moxibustion, guasha, herbal medicine, nutrition and more.
With a special interest in Gynecology (menstrual cycle imbalances, reproductive health, menopause, fertility, etc) and trained in prenatal and postpartum care, Luciana is also experienced in treating acute and chronic pain (musculoskeletal, migraines/headaches), stress and anxiety management, sleep disorders and digestive issues. Above all, Luciana is devoted to helping her patients in their own unique health journeys.
She believes that traditional Chinese medicine and its ancient wisdom has the power to heal contemporary problems and enrich contemporary lives by promoting the body’s self-healing abilities, fostering acceptance, embracing the self and encouraging the connection of body, mind & spirit.
Luciana is fluent in English, Portuguese, Hebrew and proficient in Spanish.
